Thank you to everyone who applied to be a part of the Blackstone 250th Celebration! We have received an incredible response, and our committee is working hard to review each application to ensure a fantastic variety for our guests.
Vendor Announcement Extension
While we originally planned to reach out to all applicants by April 14, we need just a little more time to finalize the selection process. We are extending the notification period to the end of this week. We appreciate your patience as we put the finishing touches on our vendor lineup!
Exciting Change for Full-Event Vendors
To provide the best possible experience for both our vendors and our visitors, we have an update regarding the layout. Vendors who are joining us for the entire duration of the event will now be located inside the school instead of outdoors. This change ensures a comfortable, climate-controlled environment for those staying with us throughout the celebration.
Security Alert: Payment & Communication
We have been made aware that unauthorized individuals may be reaching out to potential vendors asking for payments. Please do not be scammed. To protect yourself, please note the following:
- Official Communication: The only official email for vendor inquiries is blackstone250th@townofblackstone.org. If you have questions, contact us directly at this email or contact the Town of Blackstone at (508) 876 5176
- Payment Method: All payments must be made exclusively through the official eGov portal.
- No Third-Party Apps: We will NOT accept or recognize payments made through Venmo, PayPal, or any other digital wallet/apps. We will not be responsible for payments made through these unauthorized means.
If anyone contacts you through social media or an unofficial email address asking for money, please disregard the message and report it to us immediately.
