Welcome to the official website of the Blackstone 250th Semiquincentennial Celebration (the “Site”). This Site is managed and operated by the Blackstone 250th Committee, an official municipal committee of the Town of Blackstone, Massachusetts. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
2. Purpose and Event Information
The Site provides information regarding the Town of Blackstone’s 250th Anniversary events, news, and opportunities for community involvement (sponsors, vendors, volunteers, etc.). While we strive for accuracy, the Committee reserves the right to modify event schedules, locations, or programming at any time without prior notice.
3. Event Cancellations & Liability
The Blackstone 250th Celebration consists of public events. The Town of Blackstone and the 250th Committee are not liable for any costs, losses, or damages incurred by users due to the cancellation, postponement, or modification of any event for any reason, including weather or public safety concerns. Unless otherwise stated, entrance to general town-wide celebration events is free of charge.

For your convenience, this Site links to the Town of Blackstone’s official “eGov” portal for applications and formal registrations. Once you leave this Site to visit eGov or any other third-party website, you are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those respective platforms.
5. User-Generated Content & Comments
If you post comments or submit content to our “Latest News” or feedback pages, you grant the Town of Blackstone a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content. You agree not to post material that is:
