The Town of Blackstone is celebrating America turning 250, and we are throwing a Semi quincentennial Celebration so big, it only happens once every quarter-millennium! We are officially looking for top-tier vendors and local-favorite food trucks to help us fuel the fun.

Important Application Requirements

To ensure a diverse and high-quality experience for our attendees, please note the following:

  • Application Deadline: All interested participants must submit a completed application by March 31, 2026.

  • Juried Selection: Please be advised that this is a juried event. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We curate our vendor list to ensure a variety of offerings and the best fit for our community.

  • Food Truck Compliance: All food vendors are required to possess and display valid Town of Blackstone Health Permits and proof of insurance. Approved vendors must meet all local Board of Health and Fire Department safety regulations.

Frequently Asked Questions

While the Carnival festivities run for four days, vendor spaces are available for a 3-day window.

No! We offer total flexibility. You can apply for all three days or select only the specific dates that work for your schedule.

To keep it fair for everyone, payment is calculated per day. You only pay for the specific dates you are approved for and plan to attend.

Once a vendor fee is paid for your selected dates, it is non-refundable.

Yes, we are a rain or shine event. Please plan your booth setup accordingly!

Food trucks will be outside but we have an indoor location for vendors.

We will send out all vendor approvals by April 14.

To ensure a great experience for both vendors and shoppers, we limit similar-type crafts. 

For national brands (direct sales), we only allow one representative per brand.

Absolutely! Non-profits can register for a space at no charge. Simply fill out the vendor registration form to secure your spot.
